MidAtlantic Diagnostics, Inc. was formed in 1989 to provide products and services to the infertility market. Since our inception, our product range and services have expanded, allowing us to become a primary provider of innovative new equipment and instrumentation to embryologists, andrologists, and reproductive endocrinologists worldwide. As we have grown, we have developed and acquired a complete range of equipment, reagents, and supplies for the human ART market.

In December of 1999 MidAtlantic Diagnostics, Inc. acquired the assets and marketing rights of Hoffman Surgical's IVF Division. With Frank Strzempek as its Director, the newly created Custom Products Division is now providing IVF Workstations and accessories, incubators, and anti-vibration tables. Custom Products is also the source for the portable IVF-1 Chamber (Hoffman Isolette), "Stage Warmer Plus" Heated Stages, and other custom designed equipment. The addition of Custom Products has significantly enhanced our ability to service the ART Market.

Today, our combination of products and technical expertise enables us to be the leading company in ART Laboratory Development Services. Providing Laboratory Development Services has become a major focus of MidAtlantic Diagnostics, Inc.
