Nitrogen Generators for IVF Applications

The South-Tek Systems Nitrogen Generators utilize PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology to generate high purity nitrogen for your application. The PSA technology mechanically separates (filters) nitrogen molecules from others. Within the N2-T Series Nitrogen Generator are two vessels which contain the nitrogen molecule filtering media, Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS). Compressed air is introduced into the vessels containing CMS, allowing high purity nitrogen gas to pass through the media onto the vessel outlet, while other molecules (impurities) are absorbed. The Nitrogen (N2) gas is stored in a surge/storage tank for process use as needed. Periodically, the vessels are vented to atmosphere allowing the gas impurities to be released, refreshing the CMS for continued N2 generation.
