Humagen ICSI / Spermatid ICSI Micropipet Tips

More Humagen Micropipet Tips

ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) micropipets are used to aspirate and inject the sperm cell directly into the oocyte.

Standard Humagen ICSI micropipets are made in three bevel sizes that correspond to different lengths of the bevel: 50° (8-9µm), 40° (10-11µm), and 35° (11-12µm) and have a sharp spike. Another option is a 35° bevel with no spike. The standard opening is 5-6µm I.D. However, other options are available by ordering a customized ICSI with your specifications.

ICSI pipets may be ordered straight or with an angle. Angle choices are 15°, 20°, 25°, 30°, 35°, 40° and 45°. Standard ICSIs are bent 0.5mm from the tip of the pipet. However, you may order a customized ICSI angled 1mm, 1.5 mm or 2.0 mm from the tip.

Larger ICSI micropipets are used for aspiration and injecting immature sperm. These micropipets have a 50° bevel, sharp spike and come in two sizes: 7-8mm I.D. and 8-9mm I.D. They are sold straight or with the same angle choices as regular ICSI micropipets. The 9mm size is a standard Spermatid micropipet.
